【請求項７０】 　細胞治療を必要とする対象における自己細胞治療の方法であって、

ａ．請求項１～４５のいずれか１項に従って細胞から多能性細胞を生成する工程であって 、細胞が対象から得られる、工程、

および

ｂ．多能性細胞またはその分化した子孫を含む組成物を対象に投与する工程、 を含む、方法。

70. A method of autologous cell therapy in a subject in need of cell therapy, comprising

a. generating a pluripotent cell from a cell according to any one of claims 1 to 45, wherein the cell is obtained from the subject, and

b. administering a composition comprising the pluripotent cell or a differentiated progeny thereof to the subject.

【請求項７１】 　対象に組成物を投与する前に、予め規定された細胞系列に沿って多能性細胞を分化させ る工程をさらに含む、請求項７０記載の方法。

71. The method of claim 70, further comprising differentiating the pluripotent cell along a pre-defined cell lineage prior to administering the composition to the subject.

　産業上の利用可能性について、請求項７０，７１に係る発明は、人間を治療する方法に関するものであり、特許法第２９条第１項柱書でいう産業上利用することができる発明に該当しない、と指摘している。
